After a turbulent start into the new semester with many students getting sick from COVID-19, the situation has now calmed down.

As of Feb. 8, only 3 total active COVID-19 cases were reported by the SWOSU administration on its COVID dashboard.

Of those 3, 2 are students on the Weatherford campus, and 1 employee.

Last week, 8 cases were reported. This already was a drastic drop from 24 and 28 cases the weeks before.
