Brandon Woods, who was sentenced to 6 years in jail after breaking into SWOSU dorms twice in 2021, was once again arrested on Tuesday morning in a football locker room in Rankin Williams Fieldhouse on the SWOSU campus.

According to the affidavit of probable cause that was obtained by The Southwestern, Weatherford PD was informed at 5:31 a.m. about the suspect. They located him in the bathroom of the locker room.

According to witnesses, the police found drugs on him. The police report says there were no findings.

Woods is charged with trespassing after forbidden, a misdemeanor that could give Woods another 6 months of jail time. As of right now, he is booked in Custer County jail.

There are several questions, however, that aren’t answered yet. How could Woods walk around and trespass on SWOSU property after being sentenced to 6 years of jail time? How did he manage to break into Rankin Williams Fieldhouse? We’ll let you know as soon as more information is available.

Editor’s note: Readers are reminded that information in this article supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. The suspect is presumed innocent throughout the proceedings. The State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
