The second quarter was much of the same, but SWOSU closed the half on a 9-0 run. Layni Zinn scored the last four points for SWOSU. Thanks to the run, they were ahead 36-32 at halftime.

SWOSU came out in the third quarter and was firing on all cylinders. SWOSU built a double-digit lead and maintained it. They shot 60 percent from beyond the arc and SWOSU was ahead 62-48 going into the fourth quarter.
