Organizational Fair is an event hosted by SWOSU to welcome students back to campus as well as allowing students to explore programs and organizations both on and off campus! Many of these venues have free goodies up for grabs as well for students to enjoy.
This year, the org fair took place on Wednesday, August 28th 2024 at the Student Union Front Lawn. Vendors in attendance included, but not limited to Al Harris Library, The Aquarium Fish Store, Daisy Exchange, FBC Weatherford, First Choice, GPF YMCA, Hutch’s, Kelly Jewelers, Mary Kay, MidFirst Bank, Miss SWOSU, New Life Hydro (New Creation + The Buzz Nutrition), Pine Acres Church, Sigma Phi Lambda, Sigma Sigma Chi, SWOSU Collegiate Farm Bureau, SWOSU Department of Education, SWOSU DOS Office, SWOSU HOSA, SWOSU Merc, SWOSU NSO, SWOSU Wellness Center, Traditions Health, Weatherford Church of Christ (Bulldogs for Christ), Whataburger, Wright. Media, and more as well as music by DJ Lite Brite.
Speaking to senior SWOSU student Katie Boline she quoted, “I’ve attended the org fair every year. This is the most students and vendors I have seen out here. I love all the free goodies and giveaways you can enter.” The organizational fair is an event students look forward to every year. It’s a good time to get out and learn more about your school and any new things going around campus.
