As the rodeo teams concluded their regular season, five team members are headed to the College Nationals Finals Rodeo.

The women’s rodeo team finished third at the Panhandle State Rodeo while the men finished fifth. The SWOSU women’s rodeo team is now ranked second in the Central Plains region. The team qualifies to compete at the CNFR in June, sending seniors Sadie Wolaver and Winter Williams, junior Abby Hepper, and freshman Ali Masters.

Since the men placed fifth, they do not collective qualify for the CNFR, however junior Marley Berger will compete after being a top finisher for the season in tie down roping.

The CNFR will be held in Casper, Wyoming June 12-18.
