Landrum-Geyer will take over as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences on May 1st.
Landrum-Geyer proceeds now SWOSU Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Jason Dean, managing the Biological and Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry and Physics, Creative Media and Visual Arts, Language and Literature, Mathematics, Music, and Social Sciences departments.
“Dr. Landrum-Geyer has demonstrated strong leadership, a clear commitment to student success, and a deep understanding of SWOSU’s academic mission,” said Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jason Johnson.
Despite her busy schedule, The Southwestern has managed to secure an interview with the Dean in the coming weeks.
